For one reason or another, these 6 children made it to the special list. There is so much information taken down and put into spreadsheets. Every once in a while, something gets missed. For example, I will see a child with a birthday in 1993, when they clearly look like they are in primary school. When something like that happens, the Zambian staff has to look back at the hard copies and get the correct information for me. Other times, they have had to go back out to the communities to match photos with biographies. I tell you all of this because there is great care taken in making sure that the information we provide to the sponsor is as accurate as possible.
I was transferring the first 300 children's pictures to a CD to get them off of my hard drive, and I noticed that there were some children missing. These are 6 of the children I missed introducing to you. All 6 of them are in need of sponsors. Aren't they sweet!? I like how Mailine's favorite sport is "modeling", and Brian who is dressed quite proper wants to be a soldier. Very sweet! There are more children on the blog as well. Remember if you sponsor one of these children by 5/15/10, a beanie baby will be sent to them from you (of course you will get a picture of that), and you can send a letter along with the bear.
